Xlerate Fleet Productivity Solution is a combination of mobile computing and a web based solution. Xlerate is delivered as a hosted mobile data, management software solution which tracks and manages your fleet of vehicles via:

Where a vehicle is located at all times

Xlerate provides current location via the "Location Page', this displays the following information:

Ignition Status ( On/Off )
Vehicle Plate and Fleet Number
Driver Name
Current date and Time Vehicle last communicated a position
Current speed of vehicle
Current street location or closest Road if vehicle travelling off-road
Quick Vehicle History - 1 / 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 hours

REPORTING

Xlerate provides a number of vehicle reports which can be scheduled for delivery to nominated e-mail or fax recipients on any given day and time. Vehicle reports can also be run by users at any time, produced in a selected format through the Xlerate application.

Xlerate by TeamTalk offers a range of standard vehicle reports, many of which are user definable.

Vehicle Utilization

FLEET MANAGEMENT

An online Fleet Management system providing accurate data for maintaining an efficient, sustainable fleet and ensuring the safety of drivers at all times. This includes:

warrant of fitness schedule;
registration renewal;
servicing and renewal of RUC payment

Xlerate Automated alerts can be used to advise on individual vehicle compliance needs. i.e. WoF, CoF, RUC Purchase, insurance, tyres, maintenance etc. This ensures vehicle servicing and maintenance can be handled efficiently and removes the potential for fines from vehicle non compliance. Alerts can be via SMS, fax or e-mail;

GEO-FENCING

The ability to geo-fence areas such as specific supplier or customer sites

Xlerate by TeamTalk provides geo-Fencing as part of the core product and allows an unlimited number of geo-fences to be set up in the application as Xlerate holds the geofences at the application level:
The Xlerate V6+ data logger samples GPS data every 1 second and calculates the distance travelled. The application is continually comparing this location data to stored Geo-fence coordinates and recording the resulting travel information.
You can create geo-fences from historical travel information captured in reporting. These areas can then be
represented as:
Circular boundaries with definable radius
Multi sided polygonal boundaries with up to 20 vertices
Geo-fenced location travel can be reported by: Date,Time,Fleet
This reporting can be generated and scheduled for delivery to selected e-mail recipients
Alerts can be generated based on entry or exit of specific geo-fences
